One Breath Meditation is my gift to the world in the form of short, simple, and easy to integrate blog posts that show people how simple it is to have meditation in their everyday lives, beginning today. My goal is to help as many people experience the wonderful power of meditation, no matter who or where they are.
I advocate extremely simple methods which can be done by people of all skill levels, but one of my biggest goals is to allow people who have no idea what meditation is, or maybe unfavourable views of meditation to see that it IS a possiblity in their life, and they CAN experience the wonderful bliss of being who they are through meditation.
I also like to write posts that can act as springboards to meditation, or meditation fodder, or ways to look at events in life/reconcile perceptions about the universe in order to make meditation possible.
Finally, I try to make my posts short and simple. My goal is not to have you reading my blog all day(though it is flattering), I’d rather have you read one or a few short posts, and then immediately begin applying what you’ve learned about meditation. There is no reason you cannot enjoy the benefits of meditation TODAY!
